The MEG20/MEG23 series air-cooled motors represent a new generation of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors for hydraulic servo platforms. They are mainly used in injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, and profile extruders. The motors are available in three variants categorized by speed: 1,700 RPM, 2,000 RPM, and 2,200 RPM, offering power ranging from 8.0 kW to 78.6 kW and torque ranging from 40 N·m to 357 N·m. The motors adopt an independent fan for air cooling. The stator winding has a built-in PT1000 for temperature protection. The rotor adopts a built-in structure, which greatly improves the anti-demagnetization capacity of the motor. These motors are offered together with the ES680 series drives to form a high-performance, high-efficiency and low-noise drive system.
